Dates are one of the most vital pieces of data in litigation or investigations and attorneys are always concerned about them. Dates can tell us who knew what and when they knew it, when content was created, or, more importantly, when that content was last modified. Dates can help us decide if documents have been altered into a specific story, or if they are indeed accurate historical records. Suffice to say, dates are important.
