On 10th of March in Cyprus takes place the 3rd CYpBER 2020, Cyber Security Conference for the Maritime, Oil & Gas and Energy sectors which Is held with the fully Support of the Office of the Commissioner of Electronic Communications & Postal Regulation (OCECPR), the Digital Security Authority of the Republic of Cyprus, the Research & Innovation Foundation and the ECHO & CyberSec4Europe research projects of EU Horizon 2020.

OCECPR is an independent regulatory authority of the Republic of Cyprus in matters of electronic communications and postal services, with additional responsibilities in the areas of terminal equipment, network and information security and protection of critical information infrastructures. Is also responsible for the creation, coordination, supervision and regulates the activity of the CSIRT / CERT entities in Cyprus. It has been designated as the body responsible for coordinating the implementation of the National Cybersecurity Strategy of the Republic of Cyprus

Cypber 2020 aims to bring together government officials, leading experts from the Maritime, Oil & Gas, Energy and IT security professionals while thought leaders and recognized experts will present recent challenges and report on the latest developments in the management and mitigation of associated risks.
